Who we are
Miniveni (miniveni.com) is a transport service with its own minivans and drivers in Georgia. The operator responsible for your data is: [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME, ID NUMBER AND ADDRESS: TO BE ADDED].
What we collect
What you type in the request form: name, phone, optional e-mail and Telegram name, the trip (places, dates, times, flight number), the group (people, children's ages, luggage) and your comment. We also store where you came from (advertising parameters such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid, the referring page and the landing page) and the time of the request.
Why
To price, organise and carry out your trip, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires. We count visits without cookies (Plausible, self-hosted); no personal data goes into these statistics.
Who sees it
Our team, and the driver assigned to your trip (name, phone, pick-up details and group). We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone else, except where the law requires it. Our servers and e-mail are run by our own infrastructure and Cloudflare.
How long
24 months after your request; after that we delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep accounting records longer.
Your rights
You can ask what we store about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time: message us on WhatsApp or by e-mail. You can also complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service (pdps.ge).
